What could this look like?

Different businesses. Different signals.

The same evidence-led approach can lead to very different systems — or no new build. These examples show possible architectures, not client results or fixed packages.

Illustrative architecture / 01

Engineering manufacturer

Promising applications and potential buyers are scattered across technical documents, distributor relationships and market research.

Useful signals

  • Public technical specifications
  • Competitor-product references
  • OEM/application evidence
  • Existing relationship restrictions

Possible modules

Lead & Opportunity IntelligenceSales & Commercial Development

Possible workflow

  1. 01Application discovery
  2. 02Evidence & qualification
  3. 03Technical review
  4. 04Commercial handover

Illustrative architecture / 02

Specialist contractor

The team wants to understand which projects are relevant and when a useful conversation could happen.

Useful signals

  • Project awards and programme stage
  • Main-contractor pipelines
  • Tenders and specifiers
  • Existing relationships

Possible modules

Lead & Opportunity IntelligenceSales & Commercial Development

Possible workflow

  1. 01Project signals
  2. 02Fit & timing review
  3. 03Relationship check
  4. 04Human conversation

Illustrative architecture / 03

Ecommerce brand

Reviews, support questions and search behaviour suggest friction, but the team is unsure what to improve before spending more on acquisition.

Useful signals

  • Customer reviews
  • Support themes
  • Owned checkout and search data
  • Public competitor activity

Possible modules

Customer IntelligenceGrowth / Performance Intelligence

Possible workflow

  1. 01Customer & owned performance
  2. 02Recurring friction
  3. 03Prioritised test
  4. 04Measure the change

Illustrative architecture / 04

Software / subscription business

Trial activity, sales objections and churn feedback are reviewed separately, making onboarding priorities difficult to agree.

Useful signals

  • Approved trial and onboarding data
  • Sales objections
  • Support questions
  • Churn feedback

Possible modules

Customer IntelligenceManagement & Decision Intelligence

Possible workflow

  1. 01Join relevant evidence
  2. 02Identify onboarding pattern
  3. 03Assign product owner
  4. 04Review retention evidence

Illustrative architecture / 05

Professional services

Expertise is strong, but interviews and client FAQs rarely become consistent, useful content.

Useful signals

  • Approved expert recordings
  • Anonymised recurring questions
  • Existing articles
  • Owned search and content performance

Possible modules

Content Intelligence & DistributionGrowth / Performance Intelligence

Possible workflow

  1. 01Approved source material
  2. 02Useful angles & assets
  3. 03Expert review
  4. 04Distribution & learning

Illustrative architecture / 06

Local service business

A small team misses occasional appointment reminders, while its existing booking tool already includes the required feature.

Useful signals

  • A recent missed appointment
  • Booking-tool capabilities
  • Process owner
  • Frequency and consequence

Possible modules

Existing-tool improvement — no PCI build

Useful signals

  • Approved policy documents
  • Repeated internal questions
  • Role and customer-type boundaries
  • Current document ownership

Possible modules

Intelligence Hub & Assistants

Possible workflow

  1. 01Approve the knowledge

Current build / Developed and tested in stages

A system we’re building now.

We are currently working with an engineering SME to build a commercial intelligence system around its products, market knowledge and existing sales relationships.

The wider design brings together multiple ways of finding potential customers and opportunities — from identifying companies similar to strong existing customers, to researching technical applications, competitor evidence, projects, relationships and supply chains.

The aim is to bring findings into one place, preserve the evidence behind each opportunity, and help the team decide what deserves a conversation and what should happen next.

It is being developed and tested in stages. This is not a claim of measured revenue results or complete production readiness.
